Quick answers

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?+
No. Many members join while waiting for an assessment, or just to see whether ADHD fits their experience.
Is my membership confidential from my employer?+
Yes. We never share member details with any service or employer. What you disclose, and to whom, is up to you.
I'm not in the emergency services, can I still take part?+
The community is built around frontline and control-room roles, but family members and supporters are welcome to get in touch and use our public pages.
Can my service partner with the Alliance?+
Yes. We've presented to the Met, the Home Office and other forces, and we're glad to talk about awareness, adjustments and peer support. Choose "Partnership / your service" in the form and we'll be in touch.
